Welcome to 6580 N Ocean Shore Blvd (A1A), an exquisite hurricane proof and all green certified home, all surrounded by Washington Oaks property about 1 miles S of Marine Land on A1A.
The house is fully equipped with everything one may need, including a full-house generator in case of power outages. Interior features Van Gogh countertops, custom ceramic tiles, great paintings, etc. An inviting open-concept layout connects the living room, kitchen, and breakfast area. The home is fully furnished for added convenience.
Step outside to a screened-in back porch overlooking a peaceful and preserved natural backyard wildlife.
Enjoy walks on the beach, or the un-obstructed views of the ocean from the house, as well as marine and land wildlife. On land, we have now a Gopher Tortoise that comes occasionally to eat some of our grass- not afraid of me or my German Sheppard. If anyone works at Marine Land and looks for a shared accommodation, I believe this 1 bdrm. + 1 private bath would be the ideal accommodation.
Preference will be given to students enrolled in a post-graduate program and single professionals.
Applicants must provide references and proof of available funds, sponsorship (i.e. student’s parents), or verifiable income. Background and credit checks are required. Tenants will be required to carry renters insurance for personal property and a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage which is very affordable.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner. If a pet is approved, a non-refundable pet fee will be required.
First month’s and last month’s rent are due prior to move-in. All move-in payments must be made via certified cashier’s check unless otherwise agreed by owner.
Short term rental is an option, just inquire about it.
