Avalon has the best maintenance men I have very encountered - Donavan and Carlos. They came to my apartment within minutes after I called for maintenance. They fixed several issues that I had with my apartment. They were very courteous, professional, competent, kind, and really cared about making sure my items were fixed. Ive only been a resident for a little while now, but Ive had a great experience thus far! The amenities are awesome and very well-maintained. The leasing office and maintenance crew have been very professional and have handled all my concerns quick and smooth. The building and apartments themselves are modern, spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with everything youll need - they've even got gigabit (fiber) internet included with the units, which took a load off of my shoulders at move-in. On top of all that, its in a very convenient location! I couldnt ask for much more.

This review is for the maintenance team. Using the Resident app is so easy and allows you to communicate with the team in the app quickly and easily. This morning my smoke alarms were beeping because of a low battery. Within 5min I got a response from Arturo in the app asking what is the best time to come which was super helpful because I work from home and have a lot of meetings. He showed up at the time I requested, wore shoe covers, and not only changed the battery in question but updated the other two as well. He was efficient, thoughtful and courteous. Thank you Arturo!

The maintenance team here is amazing. When I say amazing I dont just mean that they come in and they fix whats going on. Im saying when I come in they have a good time conversation they are good people and then making sure that the problem is fixed so that they dont have to return for that same problem. They always come and get the job done clean up behind him self. im not sure the ladies name who runs the maintenance team but she is one of the friendliest faces that I see in the building on a constant basis. From my time limit here Ive never had a problem with putting in a maintenance request in the work being done promptly typically done the same day that the request is put in or the next morning. There has been times when I have had an issue that was an emergency in the office was closed and someone still came out same day and get everything taken care of for me. All around I will say this maintenance team is amazing

I toured Avalon Foundry Row when I was considering moving to the area, and this community blew me away! I met with Mary Manley and she really took the time to learn what was important to me to make this place my home. It's a newly built complex and absolutely feels like it. It's very clean and is beautifully designed. Amenities that I loved were the fire pits by the pool, the dedicated area to fully groom my dog, and the 2 story fitness center with top of the line equipment! The complex is also super close to tons of shopping and restaurants. I wish it would have worked out for me to live here!
