Cheap yah until you rent it. They say oh no we only bump the rent up about 50 dollars. Lies!!!! It goes up for you more than that. The bills are expensive in Orlando so paying this is like paying a $2,789 a mouth apartment in downtown with everything included. If you want to leave they give you a hard time. These people lore you with there little green paper of rent listings. They say we never had these problems there all lies but the reviews bellow were correct!!! I payed alot over here and even 4 jobs couldnt keep us stable. Dont call them to reserve your apartment you will find yourself in a unwanted trap in the end. I cant tell you how many animals and critters i seen in these apartments. I lived on the very top but moved around this complex because of the animal issue. I had huge flying roaches every apartment i moved to. I even had a snake!!! My neighbor next door told me he had a crocodile once and he is on the top floor and i was with him that day. How it got up there i don't know. I had multiple huge rats as well. I also seen so many ugly bug spiders and centipedes in this apartment. Everytime i asked to transfer i ended up infested again. And its crazy because im a very clean person i don't let 1 crumb lay uncleaned. They show you and your like wow so nice until you move in. It was quiet for a month and then BAM!! the horror began. I felt like i was living in a real hell. The management act nice but they lie so much to you. They say they don't raise the rents....on the paper it said that i got rasied alot and found myself paying $1,100 without bills.They make you pay for bills they told you were covered. When your 1 day off the bill prepare for a mega fee!!! The people here are either very ghetto or racist. I saw many people here with that stupid flag. There are lots of trees around here and believe me the bugs will come!!!! The construction in the front of the apartment also caused me a fee. I was stuck in this contract....GLAD I MOVED TO TAMPA. If you want a better life Tampa is your place don't live in Orlando. I live in Tampa and have a great life and whoever tells you negative things about Tampa are all liers at least my rent and contract is not a lie!!!! I hate being lied to!!! In January I called try to get an apartment been told if I apply in January it could be possible to get it in May so I went January 31st did my application put on the waiting list then got I approuve still waiting untill August nothing was available so I received a called last week asked to bring my paychecks again because my application is past 120 days in May so I told them I was on vacation for a month so I won't have 6 paychecks because the manager was aware of my vacation why she didn't ask me for the paychecks before I left otherwise give me until I can make the checks she was rude when it was their faults and mistake by not doing their job properly and professionally and they both got nasty to me Leticia whatever her name is so I encourage people stay away from this place because they will scam you by telling you you can apply and you did you will be on the waiting list for year and get denied after wich is a waste they not friendly and nasty the Spanish and the black lady both are nasty and liars stay away from this place people .

I moved here 3years ago. at the beginning everything was good. never had an issue. the management was good, always respectful and always there to help you. but now its been hell they changed management and didn't inform there tenants. I've been at the office a couple of time due to my neighbors, they don't respect that your trying to sleep at night running and stomping at all hours at night but they want you to call their 24hr security after hours that I've have only seen here a few times over the course of living here. I don't understand why they even in the office if they can never help you. they are supposed to clean the halls between the apartments once a month but the hallway in our building was filthy for three months straight. I went to the office to ask when they are going to do it and they said that for any cleaning/ maintenance issues we need to put in a request to have it done....really we have to request for them to clean the outside of the buildings. now don't get me wrong the maintenance staff is great and they do the best they can but half of the things don't get done because of the poor management. oh, and if you don't plan on renewing your lease (which we aren't) you better have an apartment ready to move into because you only get two choices, move out or renew and brake your contract which you will have to paying a fee which could be almost $2,000. they don't even care if you wont have an apartment elsewhere that's ready to move in. so either you end up homeless or with $2000 less in your bank. only reason they are getting any star is so i can post the review

I just recently moved in this is my second month So I dont really have anything bad to speak about. The staff is friendly and for the most part it is very quiet, which I love the peace. Could you use a couple of repairs in terms of stairs in the back not as stable, but otherwise enjoying my new place.

The pool here at sand lake apartments used to always be open for our friends and family residing here but few months ago it was locked and chained up for no absolute reason! Staff here SUCKS. They are very rude and lazy. The office is always closed when needed and I feel like the workers don't work up to their full potential as well as serving us respectfully and informing us everything we need to know. I called into the office earlier this morning and explaining my bad experience as to the pool always being closed. The lady was absolutely no help. She claims the pool has always been opened and continues to cut me off everytime I try to explain my experience. We have to all agree SANDLAKE APARTMENT NEEDS BETTER STAFF AND SERVICES.

The staff is horrible, very ratchet ghetto, Horrible customer service, There is no parking at all because everyone is living with their families in a two bedroom home, pest control is horrible they cannot get rid of anything, ants, roaches, etc. They use the cheapest services to fix things ie pavements, cutting grass. there is always trash in front of the complex leasing office. Alithia is the assistant manager and she does not know how to do her job AGPM needs to fire her because she doesn't represent the company well, if they don't it speaks to how much the company actually cares about about the tenants. very rude, inciting. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I have lived here at Sandlake Point for several years and it has changed for the worse. The property does nothing to protect it's residents. In the past 6-7 months there have been numerous grand thefts when it comes to cars. They are stealing the tires and wheels from cars at night and one in the office has done one thing to notify residents or try and beef up security. We have a gate at the entrance of the property that has not worked in over 2 years, no real security on property, dark parking locations etc. I do not recommend this property at all and if you are thinking of moving here please call the Orange County Sheriff office to get their opinion on it's safety.
