I am going on my second year living here and it has been great. Every apartment has its minor issues, but this complex fixes things asap. The office staff are very polite and helpful. They have been very accommodating and Im happy to be staying here another year. They have food trucks that come and hopefully will have more events to get the community together! Great amenities and nice upgrades coming to the apartments. I would highly recommend this complex!

This apartment complex is manage by Ms Patricia Calderon. I call her Ms Pat as a term of endearment. She is honest,congiagous,very competent,and very professional at what she does. Within a couple of days, Ms Pat had me and my wife approved for the best apartment we could find in this area. She made my wife very happy. And we really appreciated her efforts. The owners of this property should be glad they have a person like this managing the property. Good people like Ms Calderon are hard to come bye. Thank you Ms Pat!

My family and I are going to be moving to the Orlando area from Manhattan and this place is amazing! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Annette who is just an angel and a blessing. She has been thorough and answered all of out questions she has been prompt and professional and she has just made this part of the moving process (that Ive been dreading) a breeze! Were so grateful to her and all of her work and if her boss or anyone sees this GIVE ANNETTE A RAISE! A bonus- give her something because she is just phenomenal. We cant wait to move in and start our new chapter as Floridians. Thank you Annette!

My name is Allen, and If you were at all skeptical, let my review be the first true hands on experience. From the MOMENT I applied, I have had NOTHING but promptness, professionalism, personality, and kindness from Allison Williams, the Assistant Property Manager. She made the entire process a breeze for us first time movers. And explained in detail EVERY step of the way, from the lease agreements, to the applications, and even the financial part of everything. Any negative reviews I personally see as this: people who had a personal issue and blame the property for things out of their control or simply an oversight that can be corrected, or: are maybe too entitled because I have zero complaints with this place. It is gorgeous, in a great location, and the apartment is phenomenal. There are no hidden fees, you know exactly what you are paying for from beginning to end and it is explained thoroughly. We have an amazing garage unit as well. Couldnt be happier, couldnt recommend the property and the staff any more. But if you dont have a garage unit, parking can be cumbersome, but it is absolutely still manageable and not nearly as bad as some of the other reviews make it out to be. Its a popular place so the lot is of course at max capacity at night time. Thank you to Art Avenue and everyone who helped with our move in. This was a cross country journey for us and they made it a life long memory for us. 10/10
