Pet Policy: NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS ALLOWED! There is a $350 deposit required for each pet up to 70 lbs; $450 for pets over 70 lbs. Proof required. Deposits are refundable minus any damages caused by the pet to the inside or outside of the property. $40/month pet fee
