Newly remodeled. Lived here once before and came back so it can't be near as bad as all the negative reviews they are getting. Had a few issues that we're promptly addressed. They continuously strive to improve. For single or student living it's a very fair price and excellent location and they strive for an inclusive community living with family activities hosted by the office staff. Can't please some people no matter what! Safe, inviting and quiet atmosphere.

Ive been here for a year and a half. Its not a horrible place to live but i am not impressed at the price...

Ive been here for a year and a half. Its not a horrible place to live but i am not impressed at the price i am paying what i have to deal with. I cant get a parking spot close to my apt because the parking lot is not big enough. My first apartment on the opposite side close to Wendy's i didnt feel safe. I was told before i moved in they would get rid of that horrible smell. I opened the wall AC to look at the filter and discovered they had painted it onto the wall so it ripped the paint and the panel was all black. When maintenance came they said it was nothing and didnt do anything.. even clean it. I had to. When i moved out of that small apt to a 1 bd townhouse after 6 months they told me that i would not be charged for the small paint rip.. well they threw a paint fee onto my apt which they now claim is normal but when i asked what all was coming out of my deposit and specifically asked if paint did they said only if it was real damage. Peeled paint wasnt considered that. So out of $300 i got $70.. which was sent to the wrong apt complex mailbox. Thankfully that was an honest person.. anyways I scrubbed that apartment and it was cleaner than when i moved in. There is only 1 person in the office that u can talk to who does anything and that is Corrina. She is always helpful. In my new apartment.. the townhouse.. it has been an ok experience which is why i rated this 3 stars. But now that the prices are going back up im not staying. And i know to expect probably $20 of my deposit this time since it is a bigger apt. Oh! And get ready for notes on the door telling you to watch your kids, blaming all tenants for pool issues.. i dont even swim.. and one telling me what i am allowed to put my AC temp to. In a townhouse.. the heat rises. Its too hot to keep it at 75. Also after a year they still havent put a apt number sign on my door after i put it on the paper and called. So positive and negative like any apt.

Since day one these people did everything possible to get me approved and I had my keys in hand that afternoon!!! The price is affordable and my apartment is really nice! I've had some maintenance issues but they were out the same day to handle my problems! I feel like I'm a priority! I highly recommend high plans :)
