Kraewood Flats - Rent Special

We offer both virtual and in‑person tours at Kraewood Flats, and you can preview the community anytime through our tour video.
As a current special, residents who sign a lease and move in by March 15th, 2026, will receive one free month of garage parking. Each apartment features high vaulted ceilings that create an open, bright atmosphere, along with an extra storage closet for seasonal items or anything you want neatly tucked away. Every home includes a full‑size, in‑unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
The kitchens are designed with modern finishes and come fully equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, including a countertop microwave, full‑size refrigerator, glass‑top stove and oven, and a dishwasher. With generous cabinet space and a practical layout, the kitchen supports everything from quick meals to full cooking routines. Residents may choose free surface lot parking or upgrade to a standard garage space for $100 per month or an electrical garage space for $150 per month.
Each apartment is pre‑wired with Spectrum high‑speed internet, a required $65 monthly service that ensures reliable connectivity from day one. We are happy to send an application or schedule a tour. Each person 18 or older must complete a separate application, and the fee is a nonrefundable $50. Applications remain valid for six months and can be transferred to other Trekk Properties communities.
Kraewood is pet‑friendly, allowing up to two animals with required vaccinations. A one‑time fee of $350 applies to the first pet and $150 for additional pets, along with $50 monthly pet rent per animal. Registered ESAs are exempt from fees and pet rent.
