Paid a holding deposit and ended up not leasing. When I called and asked for a refund the lady who answered the phone was very rude told me they called me multiples times when in reality only called me once. She passed the phone to a man and he told me my refund would be available in about a week. Well I received a refund but not everything I paid. Not even sure why I did not receive all the money I paid.

The team in the leasing office: Barbara, Josefina and Fabian were exceptional. I've had my fair experiences with renting in the past and they were not great, but that changed when I moved into Green Brook Gardens. Management were super helpful, very patient and understanding, incredibly nice people, and really go above and beyond to help their residents. I've never met a management team that truly care about their residents until I moved into Green Brook Gardens. Maintenance was great and they were timely when I needed something fixed. I can tell they care about keeping their complex clean and upkept. But I want to give a huge shout out to Barbara, the main person in the management team. She truly went out of her way to help me. If you get the chance to meet her and the team, I promise you won't be disappointed. As for the complex itself, I really have no complaints. If I could buy an apartment there I would and I'd be happy living there, but unfortunately I can't lol. If you're looking for an apartment to move in to, please keep Green Brook Gardens on 1275 Rock Ave at the top of your list. They left a lasting impression on me and I would recommend my friends and family to them if they were ever looking for an apartment to rent. Thanks again to the management team for all your help! I'll be sure to stop by and visit.

I've resided at Greenbrook Gardens for 2 lovely years where the living experience has been peaceful and comfortable with beautiful landscape throughout the property (a big reason choosing to rent here!). The office staff is friendly and ontop of the residence's needs 24/7. Barbara, Fabian and our neighborly maintenance professional Larry (among an entire great team) have been nothing short of accommodating and attentive to keeping the property clean and welcoming to all.
