I've been living here since December 2020. I love living here. I love my unit, it's very spacious. The office staff is very professional and accommodating. The maintenance team is very responsive and professional as well. The pool and cabana area is very nice and well maintained.

I've lived at Butternut Ridge for about 3 months. I downsized after owning a home for a many years and wasn't really sure what to expect. Honestly, I couldn't be happier! I absolutely love the size of the "town home" style apartment that I'm living in. I have an upstairs with the second bedroom and a second full bath and a very large loft area. I don't feel crowded at all, which was something I was looking for...enough space without having a whole house to take care of. Finding a town home style rental was my goal and there aren't many out there. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. I had maintenence in for a couple of small issues and they were here within 24 hours of my request and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The staff in the leasing office is also very helpful and excellent with follow through...even after I signed my lease and moved in. They have definitely earned 5 stars... And I can't wait to use the pool this summer!

I have lived at Butternut Ridge for about 5 months now and love it. The front office staff is so friendly and always has great communication regarding complex information, issues and events. They have something planned each month for residents which is amazing and even have organized events to give back to the local community. The maintenance staff is awesome too. They are always timely even when I had an after hours issue. Im very happy to live at Butternut Ridge.
