You are getting one star because I need it to write this review. As you know I tried with numerous efforts to send my money through your websites for weeks. During that time, I needed a place to live . I finally got the chance to have the money sent through the post office. Unfortunate, for me , my situation changed and emailed you about it . I was told at two points during my process which started in May , that I would not have to pay the deposit . All I would be responsible for is the application fee. I was never told about company policy. I was surprised that your staff decided to keep my 300 dollars and basically got paid for nothing. Your place is very highly over priced and it is unfortunate for me to be fleeced out of my hard earned money . Here I am a 66 year old senior citizen that is now short 300 dollars. Please do not rent from these people. They are wolves in sheep clothing

So far, I have been pretty happy with this place. Parking is a little tight, but no real problems so far. We had some things that were slightly damaged upon move in, and the carpets needed to be more thoroughly cleaned, but management has been good to us so far and took care of those things without any hassle. Thanks for a good experience these first couple of weeks, Pedro.
It has been quiet so far with the exception of the occasional car with loud exhaust (1-2x daily) and mild sounds from the rail yard across town.
Its not perfect, but my wife and I are pretty happy here.
Mr. Pedro made our move in experience fast and easy with great customer service.
