(see pictures to truly appreciate). You also receive discounts on certain drinks, food, and water sports.
Activities at the lagoon include 5 Acre Pool, Sandy Beach, Water Slide, Water Obstacle Course, Tiki Bar, Beach Volley Ball Courts, Mini Golf, Food Trucks, Swim-up Bar, Paddle Boards, Kayaks, yoga, fitness classes, and more. (resort charges a discounted fee for some of the activities).
Events at the lagoon include Casino Nights, Cigar Nights, DJs, bands, trivia nights, line dancing, game nights, movie on the turf, football watch parties, and more.
Lagoon benefits include up to two tenants and your unmarried children under the age of 25 who reside with you.
Community also has walking trails and tot lot.
The living room has an 85" Smart-TV hanging on the wall with theater sound, great for watching games and movies. Each of the 4 bedrooms also has a large TV. All appliances are upgraded. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, double air-fryer, Nespresso machine, and utensils.
Rent includes internet, trash service, and resort and HOA fees. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, and lawn care which must be maintained according to HOA requirements.

No cats.
Dogs are allowed on case-by-case basis- the yard is fully fenced. HOA and homeowners have restrictions. No more than 2 dogs. For consideration, submit breed, weight, and photos of all dogs.
