This is subway is best.the service is excellent.very friendly employees.they always accept coupons.fresh food ..

Very nice people at the leasing office always helping you very efficiently.
Very nice, new, modern, large, tall apartments.
Very nice views in most apartments, including NYC view (in my case).
Maintenance always very quick and efficient.

Easy and free package delivery.
Parking garage easily accessible right under the building, great state, large parking spots.

I cant say enough about how the leasing office helps us as soon as we need it. Communication is great emails are sent all of the time to update us as to changes in the building. Extras like candy and cookies from insomnia are served in the lounge just because once in a while. Its the best Customer Service Ive ever experienced in an apartment complex. I would 100% recommend living at Avalon North Bergen New Jersey to anyone. As a reference I live here with my two dogs my wife and baby. It is a very safe building to live in.

My husband and I have lived in this community for the past 4 years and we are happy here. The stuff has been fantastic, they are friendly, polite, and professional. My maintenance needs are completed within 24 hours. The property overall is always kept clean. I recommend this place.
