My vehicle was towed after the fact when I arrived home from work at 5:30 am and having no where to park by my apt I parked under the carport just to have the convience of walking up 3 flights of stairs with 2 small babies under 1yrs old. Just to go down the stairs at 1:00pm and find that my car was towed !!! I went and spoke with Patricia about the matter and she was extremely rude when I explained to her that when I got home there was no where to park because it's visitors that are taking up residence parking !!! How unfair !!!! I have my parking stickers and I had to pay 300 just to get my vehicle out of inpound..Also Patricia lied and told me that a resident called the tow truck when in fact they informed me that she did... These are the 1st apartments I have ever lived in that don't have a manager that actually be in the office only 2 or 3 times in a mth.. Something has to change because I'm very unhappy with my experience with this complex... And why is it that I pay rent and had the proper stickers on my car and it was still towed but you have non residence that are parking anywhere they want with no stickers and nothing is being done!!!! I'm very disappointed with the management here!!!!!!!

Since ive move here 2017 i have not had a good experience. The first month was ok it was quiet clean no bugs nothing. Within the next month of me living here until now it has been horrible. in the month of nov i discovered a mice in my apartment i asked the new manager patrica if theres anything they can do she told me no i have to fix that problem on my own. I even suggested maybe they can get pest control or someone to put out mice traps around the building she said no thats not their issue. So for 2 months we had to live with it. After the mice came then it was the roaches. I thought it was because of a nasty neighbor but it wasnt. it was so bad they were inside my dishwasher i had to stop using it because it was so many. When i mentioned to them about the roaches being in my dishwasher maintenance told me its because of the construction because they had just built the apartments. For 2 to 3 months they had no pest control to come out to spray the apartments so maintenance comes back with a can of raid saying thats all they could do lol im thinking to myself i have 2 cans on the counter already there was no need for it. Even the office is filled with roaches. I was making my kids some tea in their coffee pot when i went to put in a new filter nothing but roaches were coming out it was so discusting. Management is rude she never seems to smile. I tried to make conversation with her she acts like shes not interested. No one is ever in the office. You cant even call the 800 number for help because they will tell you wait until after office hours. My thing is why?if the office is closed the office can be closed for a week and they wont help u until after hrs. Also they will give u an eviction notice on the 3rd day you dont pay your rent. Ive never been to a place where they hand out eviction notices after a 3rd day normally its a warning and they would try to work with u. They dont work with u at all. Im praying it gets better if not ill be leaving really soon

I live in this aparments since 2015. This year 2018 we have a new manager; Mrs. Patricia. She is very profesional about her job, she tries her best to manage everything. I can see how the aparments change. When I go to her office she always have the time to help and to give me the good advice about all my quentions. Thank you Mrs. Patricia.

Horrible horrible place to live. My experience while living here has been nothing short of horrific. The property manager is rude, unreliable, and unprofessional for starters. I have had nothing but issues since living here and she does not have any desire to help you. My dryer hasnt been drying my clothes for months now and it has been a hassle trying to get someone to clean the wall ducts..my dryer is brand new, has been looked at by geek squad and the problem is not the dryer. Today, I went in there to tell them my dryer is STILL not drying and that they needed to come reclean the ducts (which took them a month to do in the first place), she says oh yeah theres a bird nest on top of there but I dont have anyone that can get it so I dont know what we can do but it should still dry First off, if Im telling you my clothes arent drying then why would you even comment saying it should dry??? My dryer gives off heat but you can feel the humidity from the wall duct being clogged by apparently a bird nest. Anddd why wasnt I told this to begin with?? So that is an ongoing battle with them. Secondly, I went over a week without A/C during this summer heat. They gave me the run around with that and took entirely too long to fix it and I had to sleep here in this heat. The atmosphere is bad. I live directly under inconsiderate neighbors who let their children scream and run around in the middle of the night and who play on the stairs throwing large toys up and down the stairs and when I brought this up to the property manager, she suggested I go up there and talk to them myself. How unprofessional?!! I kept complaining and apparently they have been notified of their disturbance but now it seems they purposely bang on their floor to disturb me. I have children too but I am considerate of the people below me. There is also people hanging out outside all the time. I witnessed a fight right outside my door recently. One day, I went outside and someone had a radio at the end of my staircase blasting music. Im harassed by men around here even though I do everything in my power to avoid them. Theres a group of people always smoking pot when I walk out of my apartment WITH my kids and they do not care to hide it. Do whatever you want within the comfort of your own home but my children shouldnt know what weed smells like because you have a F it attitude. I do not feel comfortable living here and it is definitely not worth the rent. There is also a roach problem which was one of my fears when looking for a place to live and well if you dont want roaches to run across your kitchen counter while youre cooking, I suggest you rent elsewhere. The day I moved in, there were roaches on my counter running to hide everytime I walked inside my house. Disgusting. I keep a clean house and have even purchased my own poison when I first moved in but it doesnt help since this apartment complex is infested. I was told by a maintenance guy that they had to evict someone for living so nasty so its apparent some people dont mind to live in a nasty environment. I thought maybe I was the only one with issues but after reading these recent reviews, its good to know Im not the only one. The property manager will turn you away asking if you can come back another day. We dont all have free schedules and when I come up there, its because I finally have the free time to do so. Shes not fit for the job whatsoever. My lease is reaching its end and I am thrilled. Do not lease here!!!
