🧻 All basic house toiletries provided (TP, paper towels, trash bags, hand/dish soap).
🌐 High-speed Internet.
⚡ All Bills Paid (Generous utility cap included- any extreme seasonal overages above $600 for the whole house are split equally).
Move-In Details:
🏠 Rent: $750/month (Month-to-month flexibility).
🏦 Deposit: $750 security deposit ($1,500 total to move in).
👥 Background/credit check and proof of income required.
About the Vibe:
I work a 12-hour overnight shift schedule, so the house is incredibly peaceful, quiet, and perfect for working professionals, night owls, or shift workers. I have two sweet cats who stay in my room while I sleep/work (must be cat-friendly, but no additional dogs/cats allowed). Small caged pets are welcome case-by-case! No smoking indoors and no couples.
Note: My current housemate is actively packing and moving out this month, so the common areas are currently a bit cluttered with boxes. Because of this, the photos shown are original staging photos to show the true layout and size. I am happy to do an in-person walkthrough of the cleared-out rental room for serious applicants!
