You are also about five-minutes to the West Hartford line and everything West Hartford has to offer like West Farms mall, Blue Back Square, WeHa center. Starr park with basketball and baseball field is across the street, and any shopping need less than a mile away. This is a very convenient location to get anywhere with 84 and Rt. 9 close by.
Please keep in mind that we have strict application process that focuses heavily on credit. A minimum 675 credit score is required for all adult occupants. The condos are all very quiet with outstanding tenants. There is also a background check, employment/income verification. One year lease minimum. One month security deposit with strong application. Absolutely no smoking in the apartment or on the grounds. One parking spot assigned and multiple guests spots available. Tenant pays for electric and efficient natural gas heat. Owner pays for condo fees, water, snow, and outside landscaping/maintenance. Sorry no pets.
