Not far from Times Square really so if you don't mind a 10 minute walk I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of tables inside with air conditioning and some outside on the street.

It is always busy - which is a good sign. reservations are limited because they also portion some.of the tables for walk-in traffic. I was looking for that same experience with a better environment. I was able to find that better environment at 5 Napkin Burger. We sat out side watch people go by. So this is my second time visiting this restaurant in 10 years. My first time visiting I recall having a great experience. The food was good, the environment was nice to sit back and enjoy my dates company. My second visit not so much. The environment is still the same, very pleasant. Staff was very busy inside and outside tending to everyone that it took a itlle longer to get attention. The quality of the food for this trip was not so good. I ordered a turkey burger, I did cut it in half, as I started eating the burger it was seasoned okay but it tasted slightly off. After two bites, I examined my burger and although through the dimly lit restaurant I noticed my burger in the middle was more pink than I was comfortable with and I'm sure in any capacity it should not be as pink as it looked. I let my server know and they promptly made me another sandwich. This time it was well cooked but it was not out the park amazing, it was edible. I'm not saying I had a totally bad experience, but it wasn't totally great either, but for the price I'd expect more bang for my buck.

I came here for the first time in 2011 with some friends. I immediately loved the ambiance. It was like an upscale burger joint. I love their large range of burgers, as it always provides something new to try. I have always been a big cheeseburger lover, ever since I was a kid, so I am the perfect type of person this establishment is catering to. My favorite so far is the "Buffalo Burger". Instead of your usual beef patty, it is a buffalo chicken breast done up like buffalo chicken wings. I love it. I always say I am going to try something else when I go, but always fall back to the Buffalo Burger. The staff is always nice, but since this is NYC, the wait can be a bit long sometimes if you go during busy hours. There are a few locations, however, so if one is too busy, you can just go to another one. My friends and go to the one at Hell's Kitchen.

The name and red curtains dont inspire; but wait until you walk in. The place looks like an old butchery decorated with yellow lights coming from the ceiling, metallic rails on which cows are hanged, leather sofas and a bar. Loaded with people, the restaurant was going to explode: I had to wait fifteen minutes for a table. Loud music and loud people, a restaurant or more of a pub doesnt sell only burgers. Sushi, noodle, salads and chicken items as well as a selection of burgers. Its called he 5 Napkins Burger so I ordered it without the Garlic Aioli. Tasteless, the burgers are literally tasteless needing sauce, juiciness and flavor. A juicy patty cooked medium and nothing else. Where is the sauce, where is the love! The 5 Napkins special burger is tasteless and the cheese bacon needs a load of sauce; all I felt is the tomato. Even the bacon needs more toasting to crunch. I tried the patty alone, its dry and needs some seasoning. Bizarre feeling and a huge deception specially after seeing that big number of people coming here every night and the hype around this restaurant. Deceived; I didnt like the burger at all.

We booked the table using OpenTable on Google maps and it went very well. The very good located table was ready when we arrived. All of us ordered the Burgers. The quality is exceptional good and this was the best Burger experience I had in New York so far. As a starter they serve pickles, which I like much as well. 100% recommendation. I have seen Five Burgers and walked by a couple of their locations many times over the past few years and have never stopped to go in until yesterday evening and what a wonderful find it was the burgers are out of this world I would much rather have a 5 Napkin then stand in line at any Shake Shack the employees are friendly the burgers are reasonable and I cannot stress enough how great their burgers are and how appropriate the name is so the next time you're in the mood for a burger I highly recommend 5 Napkin Burger.

Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options. The place was very busy, but we didn't have to wait long to be seated or get our food. The only complaints we may have to share are that there is 1 single bathroom for the entire restaurant which could have been kept cleaner due to the high volume of use and the inside door of the entrance kept getting caught on the entryway rug so that cold bursts of air were blowing in fairly constantly. Otherwise, it was a perfect lunch!
