Each rental includes utilities, HOA, and property taxes paid per owner. Adding $200 clean, $75 booking fee and 12.5% taxes of total.
Multiple months rented will give you a $100 discount off each month starting after 2 months. For example, rent 3 months, take $200 of rental rate off second and third month.
Long term (6 months and more) is $4500 without utilities and will also have a Security Deposit $4500.00 and application fee $100.
The Wave is a very cool, chic, small complex with less than 16 units! You will be on the 5th floor with only one other unit on the floor. This fully furnished condo is on the corner facing the south end of the island with lots of natural light coming through the condo. The Wave is located on Hill St. and surrounded by million dollar homes. No other high rise condos are around which provides you a quiet beach area to relax in. You will see amazing, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the kitchen, dining room the living room, and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has it's own wing with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet with lots of storage. It boasts a queen bed with a view of the ocean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom consists of a double vanity and walk in shower.

The pool area is located on the 2nd floor to look over the dunes and ocean in modern chic lounge chairs. It has an awesome grilling area with a bar to spend time listening to the waves and enjoying company. GARAGE parking and a storage unit to store your beach toys. Places to put your bikes.
Sorry no pets allowed for renters per the association of the condo, only one guaranteed parking spot in the garage, and no smoking, even on the balcony.
