This is a Non-Smoking Property... inside or outside for respect of owner and neighbors. The HOA permits one dog under 30 pounds at maturity or up to 2 cats accepted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. No more than 4 persons are permitted and no subletting allowed. Lease may be on a 6 to 9 month term.
Applicants must pass a background check and be approved by the community's HOA. The fee for the application process and background check is $100 for each tenant aged 18 or above. Proof of income required. 1st month, security deposit and pro-rated amount of current month due for move in.
