- No previous evictions or violent felonies will be accepted. Must pass the background check.
-Must have a credit score of 600 or greater.
- Total household pre-tax income must be equivalent to 3 times the rent or higher = $4,050.00 per month or higher.
-Unmarried couples who apply jointly must meet all requirements individually.
Security Deposit: equivalent to one month's rent ($1,350.00)
- 12 month lease minimum.
- NO SMOKING IN THE PROPERTY.
- This property shall not be sub-leased or used for short-term renting (AirBNB, VRBO etc).
- $55 application fee per adult, which includes the background check.
- Utilities: Residents are responsible for paying all utilities (Electric, Gas, Water/Trash).
