My family and I have lived in this complex since 2013. Though there have been some ups and downs through out that time, the current management is awesome. They are responsive to our issues and adhere to the lease! There was a time before the current staff where we would receive arbitrary rent increases when we were in the middle of the lease. Once, when we renewed our lease, we were told the rent increase would take effect on January 1 and we were charged a late fee because it actually started on December 1. I had my copy of the lease and showed them what they had written and they corrected their error right away. I love that they take responsibility and make things right. The maintenance man is prompt, if a bit chatty, and does reliable work. We don't usually have to wait more than a day or 2 for repairs unless there is a reason it will take longer, which he always explains so we are not waiting around.
That said, the neighbors can sometimes be a bit much, which I suppose is normal for any neighborhood/apartment complex. We tend to keep a low profile and out of everyone's business and they typically do the same. In 9 years I believe I have only ever registered 2 complaints against my neighbors. We have loved living here. The location is ideal and it is a very quiet area.

The staff at courtyard at ridge crest are hands down the nicest staff I have encountered, they handle everything fast and efficiently and to the best of their abilities. I have had no bad experiences since living here. Their maintenance guy is very fast to come fix any issues. Communication about any issues is on point and thats a big plus. Overall the complex and staff are very nice and feel confident enough to say We lucked out on finding an awesome apartment complex to move into.

Jaime the property manager is by far the most amazing property manager I have ever met in my life. Then the maintenance guy Taylor is by far the best maintenance guy I have ever met. They are both so nice and personable. They are both always on top of everything that needs to be done. The maintenance guy Taylor does an amazing job at responding to maintenance problems and keeping the apartment area clean. I am so thankful to live here at the apartments at ridge crest with such wonderful staff!

Jamie is the best property manager you could have, she's so patient and kind. She always loves to help you and understands you as a human. If you rent from here you won't be disappointed. The apartments are on the older side but they are actually huge when you walk into them. The maintenance team and Jamie are always working to help make it better for everyone.
