We are looking for a quiet tenant for our mother-in-law apartment in peaceful Old Town Mukilteo. The apartment includes a separate entrance, shared laundry facilities with the owners, street parking on a quiet side street, storage space, a patio overlooking the Puget Sound, and access to a fire-pit and small side yard. The apartment consists of a carpeted bedroom, a kitchen/living room with hardwoods and a fireplace, a 3/4 bath with a new shower, and a separate shared space useful for storage. All rooms have excellent views of the Puget Sound. We are walking distance to the Whidbey Island Ferry, Mukilteo Lighthouse Park, Rosehill Community Center, Old Town Mukilteo, and Japanese Gulch. Everett is easily accessible, as is Everett Boeing, and we are a straight shot down the highway to I-5.
We are a mostly-quiet family of three and live in the upstairs portion of the home. Because our child goes to bed relatively early, we must require that any prospective tenants be willing to keep noise to a minimum. No pets allowed. No smoking, inside or out. The rent is $1900 per month including w/s/g. Internet access and laundry are also included at no charge. Cable television service would be up to you to secure. First, last, and a security deposit required prior to move-in. Available 11/1 on a 1-year lease.
