It isn't fair that my mother has to come home to sewage coming up in the breezeway and people upstairs is behind it flushing tampons and food with oil down the drain. You call Ram properties and the leasing office, you get know response. My mother is disabled and can't really get out of home because of this. This will be her last year here. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

You have people outside sucking dick on the breeze way. Then there are rats and bugs like crazy. I personally took off work to foam all over the apartment. I foamed under sink the kitchen walls, everywhere. And guess what somehow I still have mices coming in. And the rat trap kill at least one every night. The ceiling is leaking. I almost got robbed trying to go to my car. All people do is hang in the breeze way and smoke weed and block the steps, so nobody can walk by.

Horrible management! Over the phone and thru an email, the young lady told me they had a one bedroom available. I was told to come in for an interview. I'm not staying around the corner, I was actually coming very far away and I was on public transportation. I have a handicap and can't drive. After getting there finally I was told that the apartment had already been filled and they tried to up sale me on a two bedroom. It's just me, why would I need so much space? The young lady that told me to come in was not there supposedly. I actually nearly had a stroke and had to be taken to the hospital. I am pursuing any and all possible avenues of retribution. This is a ridiculous way to treat a person.

Horrible experience.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE.! RENT IS TOO MUCH FOR THESE OUTDATED APARTMENTS.! Rent always changes, and they never tell you what you're paying extra money for, because the only thing they seem to take care of is the landscaping outside. These apartments are roach infested, the ceiling leaks, and the whole kitchen is so outdated.! The cabinets are old and ugly, the stove is a stove from the 70's. There are cracks in the floors of the kitchen. If these apartments would just remodel the whole kitchen and get rid of the roaches, they would sort of be worth the rent paid every month.!

ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX.... FROM CONSTANT PLUMBING ISSUES TO MY HEAT GOING OUT TO ELECTRIC ISSUES!!!!! OH LET ME NOT FORGET THE TRASH OUTSIDE, APPARENTLY THE CITY DUMPSTER IONLY RUNS 2-3 TIMES A WEEK THERE AND SHOULD RUN MORE GIVEN THE AMOUNT OF TRASH THERE IS DAILY, SO ON THE WEEKENDS DONT INVITE GUEST OVER OR YOU WILL BE EMBARRASED! THE STAFF SEEM TO NOT BE FULLY CONCERNED ABOUT CORRECTING PROBLEMS BUT MORE ABOUT COVERING THEM UP!!! THE LAST STRAW WAS RECENTLY WHEN MY HEAT WENT OUT IN FREEZING WEATHER AND EMERGENCY MAINTENENCE COULDNT COME OUT DUE TO IT BEING DARK OUTSIDE AND COULDNT DO ANYTHING ELSE TO HELP ME OR MY KIDS I HAVE IN MY APT. I AM ALMOST CERTAIN THAT ON MONDAY MORNING MY HEAT IS NOT GOING TO BE FIXED. IN FACT MY NEIGHBORSBOR HAVE BEEN OUT OF HEAT THE WHOLE WINTER WHICH CAUSED THEM TO MOVE 4 DAYS AGO.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND IS IN SERIOUS NEED FOR RENOVATIONS ASAP AND RENT SHOULD BE $100-$200 CHEAPER FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!

After almost 2 years here, I was too late with the rent by 1 day. The lady made me pay $75 and said that it didn't bother her to do it. She was happy about being a scum bag. In doing this, she took a month of food from me, when I already can't afford to have painful rotting teeth fixed. I don't know what to do about people with no humanity, ethics, or empathy. It's a shame she's the way she is. The rent is already too high for this place, but I'm too poor to move.

If you want to live in roach infested, water leaks in all roofs of every building, squirrels constantly running through the walls, you can hear everything next door to you from the bathroom, the rent goes up when you renew your lease, you have to put in several work orders for things to be fixed, and even have to contact the corporate office for them to fix things, trash always piled up, stray cats everywhere, water is boiling hot and difficult to adjust, they will even turn the hot water off in the morning with no notice, if you pay rent on time for almost two years and have never been you will still have to pay 75$, they want you to hold your end of the contract but they wont hold their end, everyone who works on the office is ghetto and rude with names like Toshiba, and the property manager is the worst of them all, when they do fix things its usually half ass. So if you don't mind all those things then its the perfect apartment complex for you. Oh and even if you secure your apartment with the deposit a month ahead of time they still won't have it ready.
