Ceiling fans and radiant-heat flooring, with 3 controls, are available; the whole home is zoned for central HVAC but the main thermostat is located on the owner's level. The homeowner, along with her furbaby, lives on the main floor. **Please note, there is no washer/dryer or hookups on site. Tenants would need to use a local laundromat service.
