Range View Apartments is a 32-unit multi-family affordable housing complex scheduled for completion in 2026.Range View will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each with washer/dryer hookups, as well as shared amenities including an onsite laundry, children’s play area, community garden, and outdoor fitness equipment.Located in the town of Saguache, Range View will be within walking distance of the post office, library, restaurants, a bank, and a small grocery store. Saguache serves as a bedroom community for both Salida (46 miles north via Highway 285) and Alamosa (45 miles south).
