200 W 7th #2- 4 Bedroom Apartment (All utilities paid) - We are in the process of getting rid of the terrible (in my opinion) blue and green walls. We are painting the walls off white (like a lot of other properties we have are painted)
200 W 7th #2 is a garden level apartment (half story down). It has a large kitchen living room, dining room space with 4 large bedrooms. None of the bedrooms have closets so there are closet systems in each bedroom for closet use.
The bathroom is large with a tub shower combination. This apartment has its own washer and dryer.
This apartment has central AC and off street parking. There is also additional parking available across the street in the city lot if additional parking is desired.
Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.

4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
