2 Pet Limit
Up to 2 pets are allowed at this community. An additional deposit and pet rent (per pet) will be required. Acceptable pets include Cats, Dogs, Hamsters, Gerbils, Guinea Pigs, Birds, and Fish. All fish tanks will be limited to 1 per home and no more than 25 gallons in capacity. Dogs of the following breed are prohibited from the property; Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bulldogs (all variations), Cane Corso, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Mastiff (all variations), Husky, Pit Bull, Preso Canarios, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf-Hybrid. In addition, a veterinarian must certify the breed of the dog and a record of vaccinations must be provided to the property prior to a dog being allowed on the property. Visiting pets are not allowed without prior written consent from management.
