I have lived here for 5 years now and I absolutely love it, great location, friendly neighbors, beautiful grounds, well maintained buildings, and very helpful staff, would definitely recommend living here to my friends and family.

The parking lot and entry ways are indeed a boisterous and rowdy public play-ground from 3pm to sunset during the non-winter months. I chose a ground floor unit next to the main entry and had to wear ear-plugs to mask the noise pollution from children playing tennis in the entry hallway bouncing tennis balls off the walls and a junior high basketball game in the front walkway with hoop shooting on the main entry-way. Moreover, the laundry room was used for kindergarten romper room sessions at certain times of the day and with my unit under it, had to endure the ceiling thumping with a session of hokey pokey put your right foot in and your left foot out. Because the buildings have security entrance, the little children would press the intercom keys randomly to get someone to buzz them in and out when they couldn't decide if they were going to stay in or out. And while there is a designated tiny play ground with a tiny play fort in the back of the building, for some reason this was never used. In addition the walls are very thin, so I could hear the domestic disputes of my neighbors as well as the head-boards banging at night. During Halloween the high school kids would have make-out sessions in the parking lot as well. The management is very good about getting things done and holding delivery packages and I agree that Sean was great as the on-site superintendent and was replaced by equality helpful Jenny and Dominic. And if you expect to renew your lease you will be looking at approximately a six percent rent increase each year and when I moved out the management expected me to foot the bill to paint the walls and shampoo the carpet, which I have never experienced before in any apartment rental having worked all over the US as a traveling technical consultant.

Hunter's Ridge has been a great place to live. I have been here for two years and have not had any issues that other people have mentioned in the past. I have always had any issues in apartment resolved within 24 hours. There is great little play area in the back that my children love as well as grills and picnic tables for entertaining. I would highly suggest this as a new home for anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live. It has been wonderful.

I lived here for 7 months and didn't have any complaints other than the kids. Kids treat the parking lot like a playground and when you drive by them parents scoul at you like you're in the wrong for driving in the PARKING LOT!!! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. SEAN is amazing, this guy should be doing more with his life. So friendly and helpful, he always went above and beyond for me. Always stopping to say hi and ask how things are going. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family. I did have a problem with the heat, kind of cold but other than that... If you can deal with kids running wild you're fine.
