Ive been at The Bradford for several months now. It started out pretty rocky with a racist neighbor calling the cops on my African American partner for just being in his skin. And also called CPS for my (mixed) son playing outside. Another incident where the cops were called because my partner and his two male friends (all are African American) were hanging out by their vehicles, talking and catching up. I did bring it up the Jonathan in the front office, and he was very sweet! Sidney in the front office is also such a sweet heart and very easy to talk too!
The maintenance men, Ismael & David go above and beyond! Every single time I put in a maintenance request, they answer it in a fast and timely manner! They both communicate very well when it comes to explaining what the problem is and how theyll fix it! By far the best maintenance men Ive ever experienced!

I am not the type that writes a review but before I moved into this apartment a few months ago, Id actually checked on two other properties. I got to meet Sydney here and she was absolutely helpful. She showed me around the property and the apartment and I was very impressed to see a place built more than two decades ago being kept in such a wonderful state.
Sydney actually convinced me with her calm words by explaining the security situation around the area and the serenity of the complex. She was truthful and very open.
I have had peace of mind since I moved in and I have recommended this property to my other work mates. Sydney is a great manager and I will sure recommend her to any one that wants to come live here.
The only issue I have had so far since I moved in was that of a neighbor having to call the cops to knock on my door in the dead of the night on some imaginary suspicion based on her paranoia and inborn racism. Aside that, any report I make of maintenance has been taken care of with the speed of light.

We moved into Bradford apartments right after Christmas 2021 and have had an excellent experience to far. The 5 star review is because of the facilities crew David and Ismael. These two gentlemen are exceptional! They are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I have had a maintenance request so far they have been quick to respond and fix it right away. They usually come by the very next day and don't leave till things are fixed and taken care of. David and Ismael are the reason for the 5 star review otherwise it would be closer to a 4 star review. That would be because of pet owners continuing to not pick up pet waste and nothing being done about it by management.
Was my first home in Midland. Loved it! The staff was always friendly. Never had an issue. Will recommend it without any hesitation. :)
Shea is amazing. Any need she is right on top of making sure it gets taken care and keeping me informed every step of the way.

I have been here for around 5 years and have had a exceptionally good experience the rent is slightly below average for this hot community of high wages. The folks or other renters are pretty good as in they will usually speak and nobody creates any issues. The staff is exactly what you would desire. If and when I have a small issue they are pretty prompt to take care of the situation. The ladies are always pleasant and smiling. I dont smile that much when I am at work. I would recommend this place only because I really cant see how the other properties can top this.

Well I've been living here for about a year. I've had a pretty great experience so far. They've redone the roof to the building and got a new coat of paint on the stairs and doors. Updated the railing on the patio. Put new doors and windows. Every six months they spray the place for bugs. I haven't had an issue with those besides the occasional fly. Some motorcycle owners, but none of them are obnoxious. Do have local kids that run around and they are very respectful. Maintenance has been relatively quick to work on anything I've requested and that's pretty much been nothing since I've arrived. Overall I recommend these apartments.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and have had nothing but good experiences. I have had my share of bad experiences with renting apartments in the Midland area but this by far exceeded my expectations. I was treated well and with a friendly attitude from Yolanda and Danielle right from the get go. They learn your name and they really make you feel at home. I got a good price on the Townhome back in October 2016 so I feel the apartment was worth the price. The maintenance team loves taking care of the residents. I can count the times I submitted a request for them to fix something and they were there that same day or the next. I put in a request for something as small as putting weatherstrip on my door and they did it that same day. I am moving out only because I purchased a home but I would've renewed in a heart beat.
This place is awesome for the price! Yolanda goes out of her way to help you in any way she can! Maintenance is awesome!!!!! Definitely recommend it!!!!!!!!

I've lived there twice--once in 2014 for six months, sharing a townhouse. I moved back in 2015 and have been there almost 18 months now, in a small one bedroom.
The management in 2014 was blas, couldn't really be bothered, Midland was booming and they could have rented pup tents on Wadley Avenue.
Since I've moved back, the new manager--Yolanda-- has been consistent, easy to work with, attentive to repairs, and willing to work with me. I sense that she exhibits those same traits with other tenants.
Maintenance has improved, and some noticeable repairs have been effectuated.
Is it luxury and joy? No, but it is good, basic living, with good management, rents that are reasonable, and a location that is handy.
