This complex is great, i have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The staff is vary helpful and resourceful, the neighbors are friendly the management of the property is vary family oriented. They bring together the community like a big family with cook outs, scavenger hunts. I am so glad i decided to start my life with this community an watch it grow grow more everyday.

Love it- I love living in this quiet, family oriented area. The town homes are super cute even though they are smaller than my family is used to. It doesn't feel too cramped for us and we love it here Initially, I loved these homes when I saw the rental rate and they had really great reviews, which is rare unless you can afford to spend a lot on rent monthly. When I finally came to visit, I knew this would be my home and so far I haven't been disappointed

I signed a lease with this community because it was the cheapest place I could find. However, there's a reason why the houses are so inexpensive. They are horrible quality. Doors don't close, towel rods don't stay on the wall, there are random holes in wall, bumps in the tiles, sharp bits in the carper, cheap appliances, and rattly doorknobs. When someone moves out of a house, the maintenance people just spray paint the appliances, cabinets, and railing instead of replacing them or cleaning them. My house always smells like gas because of the stove/oven. There's always something breaking down and when they come around to fix it, they do it half-assed. And then in a few weeks time, the same issue pops up again because they don't fix things right the first time. My back screen door has not worked properly in 2 years, even though they have been around 5 times to "fix" it. Eventually I just gave up. The walls are PAPER THIN, to the point where you can hear the neighbors watching TV. And that's just when they are listening to it at a normal, acceptable noise level. God forbid the neighbors listen to music loudly or get in an argument, or get frisky. You will hear EVERY WORD. I actually had to leave my house at one point because I could hear my neighbors cussing so loudly. The people who live here are generally rude and don't respect property. I have a few of my son's toys outside, and they are always turning up broken, used, or stolen. Someone backed into my boyfriends motorcycle and didn't leave a note or anything. The lines that separate parking spaces are extremely faint, so they are almost impossible to see. Therefore, everyone is always taking up two parking spaces which makes parking nerve-wrecking and frustrating. There are so many loud, obnoxious children running around the neighborhood unsupervised. There are always scooters/bikes in the middle of the road. There are a ton of adolescents who roam around outside and scream at each other and jump around. I don't feel safe letting my 3-year-old outside. This place is a joke and I advise all people to stay far away.

this is a very good place to live. Management is multinational conglomeration so that means the property manger has changed twice in the last 18 months sense we been here , also always a lot of eviction (as in put their stuff out on the street evictions) but it is quiet and extremely dog and kid friendly. We are moving after 2 years is up to head to the west coast if not would very well be here for another 3 or 5 years. town house only aspect is why we choose it. Insurance is required And there is always a Special move in rate!!
