We accept mature cats and dogs weighing 40 pounds individually or combined. No offspring are permitted. All residents with pets are required to submit a veterinarian statement establishing the pet’s weight, general health and the status of all shots. All residents with pets must have a pet agreement on file. Cats must be neutered/spayed indoor cats and breed restrictions apply to dogs. VISITING PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
