This place is incredible. Let me tell you why:
1) The location. You have a Starbucks AND a McDonalds less than 500 feet from the complex. Yum. Also, it's super close to multiple grocery stores, food spots, bowling, the freeway and the Mesa Riverview plaza. Even during morning rush hour, I was still able to get to downtown Phoenix in 20 or so minutes.
2) The staff. Hands down the best administrative team. Aimee is on point and is very knowledgeable. The maintenance team is super great at responding to service requests in a timely manner. They're also just good people who get it.
3) The apartments. These apartments are simple, straightforward, and clean. How you use it is up to you! The cost of rent and electric is quite reasonable. I never had any serious issues with bugs. When I did see them, it was peak summertime when the overall number of bugs increases 10 fold, and it's raining all of the time. To be expected and not the fault of the complex.
4) The vibe. The courtyard is filled with trees. I LOVE trees. Scientifically speaking, being in an area filled with greenery is good for your physical and mental health! It's also pretty quiet and peaceful, which is an added bonus.
Overall, this place is awesome. Highly recommend. Great people, great location, great vibe.

I've never had any problems with my apartment that weren't promptly fixed by the staff or management. It's a small, clean complex that's really affordable. I'm in a one bedroom-which is really more of a deluxe studio because there is not a full wall and door between the front room and the bedroom. I like the layout. Perfect for one person or a couple who want a nice place and don't need to pay for many fancy amenities.

They will make up stuff and say your carpet has "Cat Damage" when you want your deposit back, even when you've never had a cat! This is the worst place I've ever lived. Oh yeah, and the ROOF CAME OFF DURING A STORM. Everyone who was in those apartments was screwed over by our complex's mismanagement and failure to make sure the roof was stable. They were many people displaced from their homes and the apartment complex didn't really do much in the way of helping them. If this is your only option, just sign a 6 month lease but get out as fast as you can! ***DO NOT MOVE HERE***

Roach infested and terribly in need of attention. The disgusting neighbor next to my boyfriend had so many complaints on him. He smokes like a chimney and you could smell his apartment from the bottom of the stairs. He leaves his garbage all over outside the front door and walks around in his underwear outside. We witnessed this but never complained until we were asked. Yet, oddly, they were more concerned with the fact that while I was helping my boyfriend pack up and move out, I brought my (11 pound) dog over. The owner walks her dog on property all the time!!! You've got your priorities wrong guys!!!
