I've lived here for two years now and can only say great things about Mequon Trail Townhomes. The staff is always very responsive to any maintenance needs or just general questions you may have during the leasing process. The fitness center and pool are very well maintained and is a great amenity! I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-kept place to call home!

The units are spacious and the office employees are very friendly. Most of the neighbors are great and easy to get along the with. The pool is wonderful to use in the summer. The clubhouse is great to rent for a get together with your friends. Emergency maintenance is prompt, but if not something is not an emergency, it may take longer than desired. This has improved since the first few months, but it is understandable with so many units to maintain. The free movie rentals are always a bonus. As with any rental community, there are rude people to deal with. People who smoke and cuss at the pool with younger children within hearing distance, teenages that play around in the clubhouse, neighbors who insist on leaving their stuff all over the grass, and neighbors who have no consideration for others. We have one such neighbor who has insisted on playing their music loud enough to shake our walls. Overall a great place to live if you can put up with the downfalls of living in a rental community.

The area is nice. The grounds are kept in acceptable condition. It is a quiet neighborhood which I like. The electric bill is ok ($100-$140 winters, 2 bedrooms, which is tolerable for me). I keep it set at like 70 in summers so I splurge on AC.
The unit was in great condition when I first moved into it.
Maintenance took a week to fix something, but it wasn't an emergency. Longer than usual but fine.
Snow plowing is good.
