Do not do business with them. Decent looking apartments on Bowman Ln I'll give them that, but the snow removal and lawncare is terrible and getting ahold of there office is awful. During the middle of the day. I moved in in the summer and didn't notice how bad the windows were, but on a windy day in the apartment I rented you could literally see your curtains move from the draft. The winter your entire livingroom and kitchen is unusable from the cold, which is why even if your lease ends in the winter months you sign a contract saying you will not move out within those months. I do not write reviews but my experience left a that bad of a taste in my mouth.

The staff is amazing and have always gone out of their way to help my son and daughter who rented the Bowman Lane Town home . Phone calls are always answered or shortly returned. Maintenance issue were fixed promptly. For them to manage 6 properties and still have time to be so personable to each tenant is refreshing.

We've been here for about a year and a half. Lawn care and snow removal is horrendous! I've complained a few times. Each time I was told they were hiring a new company. The grass and weeds are taller than my dog! The grass doesn't get cut. The lawn company just smashed it down with the tires of the mower. Maintenance inside has been pretty good though. Not the best, but certainly not the worst I've lived in. The staff is nice and polite.

They took away our dishwasher (even though our contract said we were entitled to one) and never returned it, they constantly came into our apartment when we were gone without giving us any notice, they charged us suspicious insanely high bills for electricity even though we were very frugal, and after having enough of the place when we tried to get subleasers they would not let us. If you're not 65 or older, prepare to be discriminated against.

They are thieves, constantly trying to send us random bills and kept 3/4 of our deposit. Saying it costs 100 dollars to paint a very small bathroom and to replace a lightbulb it costs 25, insane! They never fixed maitenance requests and if they did it, the appliance would just break again within a week. I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.

My mom and dad have been long term tenants at Tantara Apartments and they LOVE it! The staff is amazing. They really keep a close eye on their tenants and truly care about their well being. They host special events throughout the month to make it a true community. The building is older; but, it is very well maintained and always clean. I would recommend this building for anyone looking for a quiet, friendly long term home.
