My family and myself have been living here for almost 4 years. We were some of the first tenants in and its been such a pleasure being in a well kept apartment complex! The pool, playground, gym, computer room, etc are always extremely clean and it seems other tenants also keep the public and their more private areas clean too. I never see dog poop because of the well placed bag bins everywhere, and thats one of the best things to see. This complex is not only dog friendly, but cat friendly too! Our sweet fur baby has loved living here as well. Lisa, Crystal, the maintenance crew, and just the entire staff have always been absolutely wonderful to us. Its nice knowing were so well taken care of and that our concerns are taken into account always. Lisa and Crystal have been so kind to my son and he just gets excited to go to the office to see them. Its nice knowing hed be looked after if for some reason he was doing something he shouldnt be. I also just want to state the fact that Lisa had recently gone through a great loss and yet she doesnt let it take over her work ethics. Youll still see her in the office working hard and smiling. She shows kindness even when others may not. So Lisa, thank you for that. Were all lucky to have you and Crystal.

Lisa seems nice at first when shes taking your money and when you rent it thats when her attitude changes 100% if she doesnt like you she will give you a hard time. .Lisa is very rude. The maintenance men can do no wrong in her eyes. I had the pleasure of living above her maintenance guy and one night my little girl fell of the couch abd the next day had an evuction notice for the thump it made from falling as luck has it that morning the maintenance guys little girl was crying and screaming loud from 5am till 7 am non stop..i called Lisa to find out about the notice an md explained my daughter fell off the couch..it was 1 thump not crying and screaming for hours luke the guy down stairs...Lisa said she didnt care it was a noise that was made during quiet hours so then i mentioned her maintenance man below me and hus daughter...Lisa said oh its because shes sick...he didnt get a notice and it was during quiet hours...Lmao gotta love stupid people! I guess her employee's have diffrent rules then the rest of us who actually pay to live there! Lisa talks about all her renters and loves to say they are all idiots...i have her on recording..just a little fyi for people who are thinking about renting there. I know Lisa is reading this. And for that reason i would just like to tell Lisa and her christian self to remember god doesnt like ugly...thats probably why your husband isnt here. Fix your ugliness Lisa and you wont be so bitter.

Best decision my husband and I made choosing Avila Apartments as our home! We have lived here for two years and love it! Lisa, Krystal and the rest of the staff have been amazing! Anytime we have a question or need maintenance to our home, they always make sure to take care of it. Lisa is an amazing property manager, who takes pride in keeping our little community safe and clean! IMost importantly, they treat our dog like hes part of the Avila family. He loves going into the office for treats and getting lots of love. Avila is our home, and were so glad Lisa and Krystal make it such a great place to live!!!

If you notice some of the previous reviews are all about how great Lisa is. You can tell they are fake and written to make her look good! I wish I could give this place a 0 because of her!!!!

Absolutely love the apartment complex, staff and home itself. My boyfriend and I lived there for 2 years, and relocated due to military orders. Lisa and Krystal are by far the most professional, understanding and caring leasing agents I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Any little thing that was wrong, I let them know and it was promptly fixed. Any thing that we needed clarification on, they put out very well and helped us understand. Moving in and out was a breeze, and as long as you take care of your apartment, you'll get a part or all of your deposit back (again, as long as you take care of it). They're a dog friendly place, but there's never any dog waste anywhere because they've ensured that there are plenty of dog bag stations and trashcans and their system works! I wish we didn't have to move! My garage was involved in an accident where someone backed into it, rendering it useless. Lisa took care of me and gave me a spot to park in while it was getting fixed, and the maintenance guys did an awesome job fixing it asap. The pool, computer, rec and gym area is always kept extremely clean and all the equipment worked our whole 2 years there. We did have a noisy upstairs neighbor when we first moved in, but that is no fault of the leasing office. I politely asked them if they could be quiet during quiet hours, and after multiple times they didn't, i talked to the leasing office and it was taken care of. In short, even though the apartment and grounds are beautiful and well worth the money, Avila has a wonderful team, which made living there all the better.

Amazing. Clean and quiet,nice neighbors good staff. My gate openers didn't work, took them to the office and they were fixed the next day. Lots of things for kids to do we use everything the park for the dogs, the pool etc. I would definitely release if I could move to the other side away from where the kids play. the only problem here is the kids that play outside smashing the glass in the fire extinguisher box. Ding dong ditching us and our other neighbor, running up and down the stairs, knocking over the trash can and ash tray out by the community park. It's just a select few kids that's do that.

This was my first apartment in CA and I will always think of it fondly. Really well unkept and great appliances Only issue I have ever had is with the overnight security. Outside company I'm sure, but they are wanna be rent a cops who can't wait to harass your car if it's parked in the same spot too long. Have tried to kick me out of the gym an hour before closing. All the employees you will encounter during the day though, on point!

Me and wife moved to Avila in march of 2016 and our experience have been nothing short of great. We decided to choose the neighborhood after finding out Menifee, Murietta, and Temecula are safer and nicer than most cities in the county. I always try to review places with honesty even if I end up having a bad experience I tell it how it is. One factor in a honest review is putting yourself in the management shoes. If you actually do this you have to disregard negative reviews factoring in denial due to bad credit/background checks and also negative reviews due to silly things like miscommunication. Here is my review: Management: Never had an issue. We even faced a little credit problem but the management showed some leniency and gave us an option to prove our credit worthiness and we been living here ever since. We never pay late. We follow the apartment rules, and because of this we maintain a good relationship with the management. Respect requires respect. Points given: 1 Maintenance: The maintenance guys work as hard as it is possible. To be honest every-time I see these guys they are on the run fixing things and making living here possible. People sometimes mistake maintenance people with machines. Have in mind everything may be falling apart in the same time so have patience. My neighbor upstairs had 2 little kids jumping around in the evenings so my ceiling lights broke. I asked so they can be replaced. They came in a day or two after and replaced every single light and even left a "how to note" for increasing the life span of newly installed lights. Points given: 1 Neighborhood: This is a good neighborhood. Any city from here to San Bernardino has more crime and more drama than here so we chose the right place. We have a diverse group of neighbors with different personalities so people can be quiet (Like us) or load (like my former neighbor) but this is not the management fault. Try to resolve these problems with kindness and patience. You can drive down 215 for 5 minutes and we have a shopping center with every store you can think of. Downtown Temecula only 15-20 mins away. A few Beaches in every direction almost an hour away. Points given: .75 Floors: Attached garage? Sold! Indoor Washer and Dryer? Sold! What else you can ask for? Patio upstairs and downstairs? Sold! Pets friendly? Sold! Points given: 1 Everything else: So far so good! I hope they keep their background and credit check in high regards and only let deserving neighbors in as this place is very nice right now. Points given: 1 Tip to neighbors: Have courtesy for you neighbors (Quiet hours, Pet Nuisance!!!) and for your management. Treat everyone with respect specially the maintenance guys!

We have lived here for 6 months and at first glance it really looks like a nice place. Before we moved our furniture in we saw tiny bugs and roaches which I was very surprised. So we cleaned our place ourselves with good ol' elbow grease and never saw them again. but when we need maintenance help Lisa treats you like your are dumb and belittles you. Very unprofessional. can't wait for our lease to be up. It has not been pleasant living here

I agree with Eric Shaw. The managers Lisa and Renee are wonderful. I am happy that Joey is gone,for he was very rude. The apartments are beautiful but living downstairs is a nightmare. As Eric stated you can hear everything upstairs. It wakes u up constantly. You can hear them walk, flush the toilet,vacuum, its horrible. It sounds like there are 20 people jumping up and down and Im surprised our ceiling hasnt caved thru. This apt. would be very nice if they put padding and carpet upstairs to help with the sounds. My husband and I both work full time and its hard to sleep at night. Our baby that is 13 months old also gets woke up . We also have had our car broken into and we have talked to neighbors that have also. But the noise when living downstairs from upstairs is unbearable. We will be moving out as soon as our lease is up..

I think the staff is great and accommodating and the apartments look nice but i have 2 thing i dont like...1, the complex is built poorly because you can hear EVERYTHING through walls AND ceiling...the original people that lived above me sounded like they were coming through the ceiling everday...and the new people arent as bad but can still hear them some times (im sure they dont know and arent trying to be noisy) and our child gets woken up all the time because of this. 2, the people in and around the complex seem to be pretty trashy...im always getting mean mugged everywhere i go inside and outside the complex ontop of that ive heard from certain neighbor's that theyre cars have been broken into while parked in back of the complex (facing 215) so i dont feel safe...so just trying to give a fair rating.

Great place to live I love the Apartment Obeisance that they provide! The leasing agents are pretty cool as-well. I like the fact that my apartment is right off the 2-15 so I have easy access to the highway so its a ideal location for me and my family because we work in murrieta. All in all I truly Give this Apt Complex A 10 start rating but there are only five available stars to choose from so I guess i have no chose But to give them a 5 #greatapartmentObeisance#
