I will not recommend no one to live at this place I moved here from Ms and I needed a place to stay so I took it. When I got settled in I found plenty of problems so I wrote a list of things that needed to be fixed. They insured me that they would get to it immediately.... Never came I only seen maintenance once and that was when they came and sprayed for mold after that I never saw them again. They constantly stuck notes on my door about being a day late paying rent. My rent was 635 by the time they finished adding on additional stuff it was roughly around 685 I had no idea as to why. I had mold in my apt I had a big crack in my door my apt had caught fire under my kitchen sink n they left all the residue under there with a pair of rubber gloves tbe ceiling had been patched up from water damage n 2 spots the hot water heater closet had so much trash n wires hanging everywhere they painted my bathtub with spray paint so every time I went to bath I had paint chips in my water so I showered the whole time I stayed there it was horrible. The reserve is not a good place to live it's awfulllll

If you are looking to move and it is your first time moving on your own I do not recommend these apartments. They are horrible as well as the staff.they make promises and don't keep them and they are very unprofessional.this was my first time moving on my own and the experience that I'm having is horrible!!! The only good person they had in the office was Brandon and Brittany and they no longer work for the complex.their has been at least 5 to 6 new people in the office since I have been staying there and I have only been there a year, so that says a lot.

If I could put 0 stars I would, please please please I am begging and I don't beg (especially strangers). Do not, I repeat, do not move over there at any cost. The rent isn't that cheap anyway for the bs of a place you live in. I will ger more detailed once my folks leave from there Bc I don't need no problems from the joke of a staff they have there. Just know that yes I have lived there myself and I no longer live there now. I have seen three different staff crews n the last 2years. All of them make promises that they will not keep just to get you to sign another lease. But trust the current staff will probably be gone in a year too. All of them are full of bs and do not want to help anyone. Only want your money.
So the roach problem is real!!! Realer than real. The realest. They will move you in to an apartment with dead roaches still in the cabinet, window sill, patio doors. Ridiculous. Them they spray paint over everything!!!! Like that fixes anything. Spray paint is their savior. Now I am one of those people who look at reviews, take them with a grain of salt(just Bc salty people exist), and still have to check it out for myself. I get that. But I am warning you look any where else please. Save yourself a headache. Here is a quick summary of reasons of why not to move here: roaches, bed bugs, a lot of kids who have no respect, noise, poor staff, bad maintenance, crime( numerous burglaries and robberies, and someone was killed just this year at the reserves).

My family and I have been living here for almost a year. Let me just say this, I wouldn't recommend a roach to live here. I've had mold in my townhouse since after the first week of staying here. I've complained about it in a nice manner and nothing has been done about it. I have small children and we've all been sick for months. My sink has been stopped up in my kitchen and has been running into the dishwasher which has caused mold to build up in it. I put bleach in it and run it so that it won't smell and leak out on the floor. The office manager named Jessica is BEYOND RUDE! I totally understand that when rent is due it's due but there's a way that you do and say things. She does not know how to talk to people. The ONLY reason why I haven't packed up and left is because I can't afford to buy-out and I only have 3 months left. I promise you guys that these apartments aren't worth it! They are straight TRASH!

If you are interested in these apartments, please for your safety read my review. I was a resident for a year and this was the WORST experience I've encountered. The turn over rate is so high and maintains lacks. I had black mold on a few of my walls & the only thing they did is use white spray paint over it. Their roach/bug problem is real, no pest control would sign a contract with them for MONTHS. Our apartment got broken into & the only the manager said was "it could have ended worse." & refused to relocate us unless we renewed our lease. Then, Crystal, she has the most ugliest attitude a person can have, the only decent person in there is Brittany, I feel bad because she has to be surrounded by evil all day. With that being said, think twice before moving here.

The only thing I like about the apartment is that it is spacious and for the most part it's quiet but I stay in the front. There is a roach problem and I keep my apartment very clean, the floor and celing is slanted. I don't see where they did a 1 million dollar renovation. The appliances need updated and the plumbing system is crap. I Don not recommend moving here. I can't wait til my lease is up

I don't know anything about this property but googling the reviews I see one of the employees writing fake reviews. Wrote 4 reviews in one day pretending to be different people. That let's me know people there obviously can't be trusted if they go as far as writing fake reviews.
