We welcome most dogs, cats, small animals, and exotic pets per local law. There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit. We do not charge a pet deposit, but we do charge a non-refundable fee of $300 per cat & dog. There is an additional $75 fee for DNA screening through Poo Prints.* Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. There is no weight limit for pets but breed restrictions apply. Please call for more information.
