We do not charge a pet deposit, but we do charge a non-refundable fee of $300 per cat & dog. There is an additional $75 fee for DNA screening through Poo Prints.* Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. There is no weight limit for pets but breed restrictions apply. Please call for more information.
