Trying to find someone to take over the last 3 months of my lease at The Gather on Southern. Fully furnished apartment with all amenities. Would be sharing apartment with 3 other people but they are some of the most chilled people ever. Rent would be $630 a month but that includes everything (heat,water,internet,cable, etc). As mentioned about there is only 3 months left on the lease so if you decide you want something else, the lease runs out July 31st.
