Spacious one-bedroom/one-bath apartments located in Cave City, Arkansas Available to low-income residents 62 years and older or disabled that meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent will be based on income. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, and central heat and air. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at the renter's expense. Parkview also has an onsite laundry facility and small community room that can be used for meetings or family gatherings. Located in the heart of Cave City, known for its famous watermelons, and within walking distance to a walking trail and playground and a short drive to nearby local eateries.
Application fee of $8 per adult household member will need to be delivered to our agency representative at the property site before applications will be processed.
