Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, central heat and air mini-split units, and a small outdoor patio. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense. Dixon Street Apartments also has an onsite laundry facility available for residents and are located within one mile of a local bank and grocery store.
