This Brand new apartment complex is a great place for living in greater Harrisbug area which is closer to shopping, work places, schools and major high ways. This complex has very good amenities such as clubhouse, Business center (available 24X7), salt water swimming pool, well equipped fitness center and fire pit. This place just makes you feel like staying in a luxurious vacation homes. Staff is very nice and very attentive and easily approachable in terms of leasing and repairs. This complex has plenty parking spots available which will be helpful when guests try to park their cars.

We have lived for several different realtors over the past few years, and no property compares to Union Flats. The staff is wonderful and responsive, the property is gorgeous, the apartments are so spacious, and we love how pet-friendly they are. This is truly a great place to live, you will not regret it.

One star for the apartment. The way its run, gets no stars. Steer clear of the office staff, and NEVER post a bad review on google until your lease is up! I was harassed to take my 3 star review down... so now that im leaving I can finally post what I want without fear. Hopefully they rethink staffing choices for next year. This place has potential.

This complex is owned by investors who only care about profit. If you are unable to move-in, they will replace you before the move-in date with a new tenant who agrees to pay a higher rent. Even though there is no loss to them, they will still force you to pay $1100 "termination fee" for an apartment you never even lived in. Very greedy. And they admitted to the deceptive practice of paying for reviews, so many 5-star ratings you see may not be from people who even live there.

This Brand new apartment complex is a great place for living in greater Harrisbug area which is closer to shopping, work places, schools and major high ways. This complex has very good amenities such as clubhouse, Business center (available 24X7), salt water swimming pool, well equipped fitness center and fire pit. The apartment complex is brand new, the appliances are up to date and high quality. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. I have lived in other apartment complexes but this by far the nicest and I feel with the security it provides I also feel more safer. The complex is in a great location, it is close to the Carlisle Pike which has endless amounts of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. When there is a maintenance issue Cameron is right on top of it getting it fixed. You couldnt ask for quicker service Perry and the ladies in the leasing office are superb They help in anyway they can, they are super nice and they truly care about their residents. I am very happy I decided to make Union flats my home.

Recently out of college and I found my perfect home away from home. Excellent fitness facility and pool area where you meet friendly faces. From retired to just starting their careers, everyone is pleasant and happy. The staff has the upmost respect for all their residents and are quick to help in any way they can. In terms of apartment, I don't know what I'd change. It comes with a huge kitchen with lots of storage, in unit washer and dryer, and spacious bedrooms. It's all brand new, kept well and you feel safe and cozy as soon as you enter the community driveway. Very happy to have found this place.

Their service and amenities are incredible, and the location is really good as well. The friendliness of the staff and neighbors is the winning factor for this place. A great place to live at any stage in life.

I have rated everything 5 stars except for the noise. I can hear all of my neighbors around me but then it is an apartment. I dont expect to NOT hear them.

I have been living here for a little over a month. I have a one bedroom and I find that it is perfect for my needs. For a one bedroom apartment there is ample storage, and the walk in closet is huge.The location of Union Flats is convenient to all of life's needs but is located far enough away from the main road so that you don't hear the traffic. The fitness center is open all of the time and I'm able to access whenever I like. The staff is wonderful. They will assist you in finding an apartment that you love.

I have lived here for a little over three months now. I am very happy with my decision to move here. The buildings are secure, there is very little foot traffic through the building, and even if there was, I wouldn't hear it because the walls are very thick. The apartment is well made and the kitchen is my favorite. The countertops offer a lot of space and make it a joy to cook. I would really recommend checking out this apartment for your next choice, and if you decide to come, you will not be disappointed.

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. The insulation is great, water pressure, outlet placing etc.. Everything was well thought out when they built the place. My only complaint is that the air conditioning too loud when it kicks on, but if you turn up the TV a little, it usually is fine. Appliances are beautiful and top quality. Super easy to keep clean. Really a quiet place to live, and the residents are super friendly. Summer by the pool is relaxing, and the gym is never packed. Occasionally you hear dogs barking, but it is a pet friendly community so that is perfectly okay with me

I absolutely love living here. The community is well maintained by the maintenance staff and the office staff is always friendly and ready to help. I relocated here from out of state for work and Stephanie made the application and move-in process painless. The community is safe and quiet and the residents are friendly. There is a nice size dog park with toys and water for my fur baby. I really enjoy calling Union Flats my home.

Starting with the initial tour, through the application process, to well beyond moving in, management has been nothing but enthusiastic and helpful. I haven't lived in such a great place before and I doubt I'll find such a place in the future

My overall experience has been phenomenal. The girls in the front office are fantastic, and any time I need something, they're there to help. They're still putting up the last four buildings, so we will have to see how crowded it becomes after that. I'm sure next summer will be not as great as this one with regards to the grills and the pool, because there will be a massive amenity to person ratio, but hopefully I will still be able to get in the gym at that point. May have to go down the road to LA fitness. Kitchen floors scuff very easily, and I noticed dents and nicks in them after the first few days being here. Single bedroom units are nicely divided, and it really is a great place to live.

Since day 1 Union Flats has been nothing short of quality service. The apartments are luxurious and comfy. The area feels very safe on top of the extra security each building provides. The location is next to everything from grocery stores to restaurants to malls and extracurricular activities. I drive all over this area for work and traffic is never an issue. The walls are very solid and i barely hear anyone above us. The pool is clean and wonderful and even has a fire pit that is accessible for the residents to use. There is free wifi by the pool which shows the little details that go above and beyond. The gym is better than any other gym apartments in the surrounding area offers and all of the equipment is brand new. Last but not least the staff is wonderful. Stephanie and Perry are who I mainly have had to work with and they are amazing, they set the bar for reliable and accommodating leasing agents while always having a smile on their face. If you are looking for somewhere to live look no further. Anywhere else will be subpar compared to Union Flats.

I have been living at Union Flats for a few months now, and it is by far, one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. Not only are the facilities gorgeous, but the staff is super helpful and will bend over backwards to help with anything! I knew this would be an amazing place to live when I saw the entire staff outside shoveling out resident's cars BY HAND during a snow storm. When they say they love their residents, they mean it, and you can tell by how wonderful it is here.
