Good location- easy access to Rte 75- lots of grocery stores within easy driving distance. Nature trails nearby. Rent is reasonable.
My location is quiet and clean! The staff are friendly and professional! We have lived here for 3 yrs, its perfect for us.
Love the community. Maintenance staff is "AWESOME" Always there if I need anything and when I call they are there lickety split!

Clean property and well maintained. I also appreciate that they are attentive to potential problems of shared spaces or disturbances to the community. The apartment itself is awesome. Newly renovated and done well. I have literally had zero problems so far. Ive lived in a lot of apartment communities and this is the best one by far. I read some of the other reviews and I can only speak for my own personal experience. The rent seems fair compared to surrounding complexes. I have seen no roaches or mold that others have reported.
I moved in only a few months ago but so far I have had a great experience with the office staff and have no complaints about my apartment.
So great at communication. Been able to reach someone as late as 10 pm
