Chase is absolutely a joy to deal with. He's very attentive to potential residents and even more accommodating as a new resident. If it weren't for him, I would have had to wait a lot longer to move in. He stepped in and fixed my minor issue and got me all ready to move in within minutes. The staff is friendly & everything is set up for the resident's convenience from valet trash service, to the on site gym & other amenities. So far, a safe & great place to live.

Really wouldnt have given them one star but thats the only way to write a review. I am a current tenant here and my experience has been horrible. The manager is so nonchalant and only cares about herself and the assistant manager Chase is her minion and is very disrespectful as well. The best lease agent Joseph is gone which was the only person who cared about the tenants well-being. I have mold in my apartment from a leak that occurred above me, my toilet stay broken and Joseph suggested to replace but Mrs Manager said no. They removed the padding from underneath the carpet in my kids room over 6 months ago due to water damage but never replaced the carpet or fixed it. Recently my catalytic converter was stolen off my car that was parked in an unlit parking area by the trees that has a big hole in the fence that gives access to the trailer park residents to come in, Ive been begging them to rent me out this empty garage for damn near a year but they are too lazy to clean it out and when the leasing agent Joseph volunteered to clean it the manager said he had better things to do like answer the phone. I have received a fine of $25 for combining two small trash bags into one after the trash people picked it up when they received a tip (lying about the weight and the conditions of the bag), but its days that my trash stays in front of my door before its picked up when it supposed to be picked up daily but we pay $25 a month for valet trash. The manager never come out her office to speak with tenants and even have leasing agents lie and say shes not there. Other tenants has been without A/C with children in their units for weeks even months before its repaired. A current petition is going around to address the lack of care we receive here but pay so much to stay here. DONT LET THEM TRAP YOU HERE WORST MANAGEMENT. You paying luxury apartment prices for hood apartment treatment and service. SAVE YOUR MONEY APPLY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!
