Johanna (the property manager) has been super helpful since I moved here. I moved in outside of office hours and she arranged everything to be set up for my arrival (including dropping some boxes inside my apartment that I shipped beforehand-I believe Enrique was very good helping her out to get this done!). The apartment was clean and in good condition. I have reported some issues and they are always fixed in a timely manner.I am just looking forward to be able to pay my rent with my credit card, but aside from that it has been a great experience!!

Redbud place apartments has been the first apartment complex me and my husband have ever lived in and weve currently been here for 3yrs now and i love it ! We started off in a one bedroom one and moved into a two bedroom one bath its the best the walls are a lil thin im not gonna lie u can sometimes hear the neighbors but ive literally never seen a cockroach becuz they spray the place once a month when the change the filter its always super quite which i love ,everyone minds there own business here and those who i do met are usaually married with kids and super nice no one ever steals or anything which i shld knw cuz i left my purse on the roof twice and the keys on the door . I absolutely recommend these apartments To anyone !

my girlfriend and i currently live there with other roommate. they promised us brand new counter tops within 6 months of us moving in and its already been a year. the hot tub doesnt work so its basically a kiddy pool. the pool is never clean and yet they are raising the rent once again. our light pole in the parking lot doesnt work either and after many complaints they still have yet to fix it. huge cracks in the doors, and they are supposed to spray for bugs and change the air filters once a month and the last time they did both was over 4 months ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

I recently moved into an apartment at Redbud Place and am completely shocked by the earlier reviews. I did not see what this building was like before but apparently the new owners really turned the place around. The pool and spa are beautiful, as well as the amazing fitness room. I am very pleased and plan to make this my home for a while.

I have been here for a few years now, and last year the building was purchased by new owners and since then the property has done a total 360. They completely renovated the clubhouse that now includes a state of the art fitness room, business center, social hall, lounge, pool, spa. On top of all that they installed a entire new fence with beautiful columns and made it a completely gated community. Every day is a surprise because they don't seem to stop to improve the property. They are now starting to re paint all the buildings I can't wait and see what else will follow. THANK YOU NEW OWNERS FOR MAKING REDBUD PLACE a beautiful home,..
the corporation that originally owned the complex has filed bankruptcy. it is in the possession of a court appointed receiver. the on site manager...
the corporation that originally owned the complex has filed bankruptcy. it is in the possession of a court appointed receiver.
the on site manager is a hard working very honest person. he is terribley constrained by obvious cash flow issues. the demographics of the tenants has deterioriated to near poverty in some instances. the crime rate has escalated, due to the change in the tenant base.
i am moving out, after three years, directly a result of crime and managements disregard for the safty of residence or property (not the on site manager).
the place is just not safe.
