This place has truly become home for me. I love this community and the ability to get to know some of my neighbors, not to mention the extraordinary leadership from our property managers! I literally walk everywhere, given it is just a couple blocks from Elm Street. And in the few times something needed service in my unit, staff was quick to respond and make the repair. So grateful to live here and will definitely miss it!

Fantastic staff and gorgeous apartments! Located right smack in the center of town, very walkable to the river and to local shops and restaurants downtown. I cant say enough positive things about the staff. They are so kind and helpful. Chloe and Bri are awesome and total pros, and if you have a maintenance request, Tom is there to help. I moved here cross country and the team helped to make it seamless on their end from start to finish. It is a friendly atmosphere, nice amenities, quiet, historic, and beautiful. The area is easy to get around and central to lakes, mountains, the coast, and surrounding states. Its just as fun to come home as it is to go adventuring. We love it!

My family and I have been at the lofts at mill one since April of 2021 when we moved from Florida to New Hampshire. The experience has been absolutely amazing. Not only were they helpful during our cross country move and sensitive to our questions and needs, but the experience has consistently stayed that way. The office staff is absolutely fantastic from having a basic conversation to making sure we all have what we need for snow days. The staff also makes sure to provide fun activities, such as an ice cream social, and a great living environment. The apartment building itself is well kept and clean with any maintenance issues we experience getting resolved quickly, during heavy snow they provided us with access to covered parking , they also have access to a freight elevator and regular elevator for anyones needs. Overall this place is an amazing place to live, my family..toddler included, have really enjoyed our experience here. I have absolutely no complaints to give, I think this place would be an amazing fit for anyone looking to live in the Manchester area.

I will preface this by saying that I have never left an online review before in my life, but if anyone deserves it, it is the Lofts at Mill Number One. We were looking for a temporary living solution while we sold our house and built our forever home. We were able to take out a 9 month lease with option for month to month after if we needed it (and we did!). These apartments are beautiful, clean, and functional. The bedrooms are huge. The building itself is kept in an immaculate state and things are always being improved (hallway carpets are being replaced as I type). Above all, Phyllis and Wendy in the front office are wonderful and have gone above and beyond for us. Living downtown Manchester, we thought there would be a lot of noise, especially on weekends, but we have been here over 10 months and there are people on our floor we have never seen! It is SO quiet. We rarely have had issues with parking. We are one of the only families in here with a young child, who enjoyed the basketball court and candy in the front office. We will miss living here. If you are looking for a unique, clean, quiet, professional living environment, this place is for you!
