Cats and small dogs are welcome with owner approval and additional monthly pet fee. Sorry, this apartment is not accepting large dogs. $2,000/mo includes water/sewer, trash removal, and yard maintenance. Resident is responsible for gas and electricity.
Applicants are required to complete a $50 non-refundable rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
