We drove around touring different apartments today. Andrew was the most professional, most friendly person we met with today! He was able to answer all questions with a clear direct answers. We went to the wrong apartments (who knew their was a Barrington and Barrington Park, lol) and he was flexible. We didn't feel rushed to finish our tour or to make a decision. It was a no pressure meeting which was appreciated. He went out of his way to get his multiple quotes to show us all options and the exact prices. HIGHLY recommend at least touring these apartments. Thanks Andrew!! :)

Where do I even start?? If I could give Barrington Park more than 5 stars I would! They are just amazing in every single way. We are moving there next month and Jennifer has been the most helpful person ever and willing to answer literally any question I have big or small. Barrington Park has truly proven to care about their tenants and I cannot wait to move in.

Haven't been living here as long as others, but living here so far is pretty nice. The staff is very helpful and responsive, always there for your needs. The apartment circle is very well maintained and looking pretty clean. If you take a look at the management posted pictures and pictures on google you will find that they weren't just capturing the good sides of Barrington Park, but what the grounds look like on a daily basis. (Actual insides of the apartment may vary, but is still pretty accurate). The community itself is pretty friendly, and really quiet. no complaints with noise. Trash is well maintained, there is a compactor and 2 recycling dumpsters which are emptied out on a weekly basis. During the wintertime the roads, parking lots, sidewalks and even breezeways are treated, and cleared. Apartment itself, I have a smaller one, but actually really nice, super clean, fully operational appliances, have not had one problem so far, and even if I did, there's a trouble log that's continuously monitored, and an emergency line for..well.. emergent repairs...DUH..LOL. There are a few things that I kinda dislike, like not having a wall switch for my living room and bedroom lights, or not having a little area where you can wash or hose down your car from the tons of bird poop from the parking under the trees, but that's just me being pick and doesn't merit me from taking a star from the great service and the awesome place that I'm renting. Just wanna put out there though, the price to space ratio here kinda isn't that great, and I'm sure if you have really flexible dates, willing to stay further away (I also love this place for the 5min drive to work :D ), and really really look at more places. You can probably get more bang for your buck, cuz this place is a bit expensive....but then again really nice. :) I'd like to thank Andrew and Jennifer for persuading me to stay here (they're awesome people BTW) and I would highly recommend this place!
