Outside you'll find a large fenced and irrigated front yard with a swingset, a two-car garage, and a 400 square foot storage area. The setting is quiet and green, with the cool Upcountry climate Makawao is known for, while still being a short drive to town, schools, and the north shore.
Electricity is included in the rent, powered in part by an owned rooftop solar and battery system. A separate flat shared-services fee of $788 per month covers lawn care, pest control, high-speed internet, water, and trash, so those are handled for you. Hawaii General Excise Tax applies and is added per the lease.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with a limit of two pets total. We ask that pets be house-trained and that outdoor time happen in the fenced yard. Assistance animals and service animals are not considered pets under fair housing law, are always welcome, and are not subject to any pet deposit or pet rent.
This is a 12-month lease, professionally managed with a local Maui contact for anything you need. We're looking for a tenant who will care for the home as if it were their own.
