Cedar Place Cooperative

We are currently in the process of working with residents to convert this community into a Limited Equity Housing Cooperative. As a resident, you will become part of a neighborhood corporation where members collectively own and democratically control the entire housing complex—not just individual units. As a resident at Cedar Place, each member has the rights of a home-owner and votes to make decisions for the entire development. You'll be able to participate in governance of a permanently affordable housing development.
Please note: Cedar Place is an income-qualified community. Households must meet income eligibility requirements within 60%–80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size. All new residents must also be willing to become cooperative members and participate in the required cooperative education.
