Each unit is equipped with a modern kitchen, convenient washer and dryer, high-end finishes, and refreshing air conditioning. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage, which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants are responsible for setting up electricity in their name. Each unit is eligible for a maximum of 2 parking permits, but please note that vehicles must be registered with Landmark before receiving a permit. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately, we do not have guest or overflow parking available.
