We are right off University and the Loop so getting to TTU or SPC or LCU is a convenient 13 minute drive!

The interior of each home is modern, yet warm and inviting. Bronze fixtures, stainless steel sinks and black appliances with white cabinetry and white faux-wood blinds create a beautiful, stylish backdrop for your belongings. All our homes are carpet free; the flooring in each home is stained concrete. The dark concrete is beautifully imperfect and creates the illusion of an even larger space. The expansive kitchen and living room are combined to create an awesome area for entertaining or relaxing. Each home allows for two locations of entry/exit. While each home is the same size and layout, we offer three pricing options based on the exterior of the home. The "no yard" option allows for residents and guests to simply leave the home by way of the front door onto the sidewalk, or the side door located off the kitchen/laundry area into the parking lot. The "small yard" options are our inside homes; the side doors to these will lead to a small backyard. These yards are perfect for those will small pets or easily fit a couple of lawn chairs for relaxing. The "large yard" options are the homes that feature a large yard, similar to a large dog run. These homes are perfect for those that like to spend more time outdoors...plenty of room for a table and chairs! This home and yard option is also the perfect choice for those with larger pets or more than one pet! **Front and back yard mowing is provided by our landscaping team!

**This home for $999 features the large back yard. Residents and guests will have direct access to the fenced yard from the side door in the kitchen/laundry area.

All our floor plans are 800 sq ft and feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms stay cool with beautiful bronze ceiling fans and a window in each bedroom to let in plenty of natural light. Bifold doors allow our residents to gain full access to every inch of the bedroom closets. Hanging space is plentiful and each closet also features a top shelf for extra storage. Parking is open and unlimited. However, the community does offer carports for a small monthly fee as an option for those who wish to have reserved, covered parking close to home!

Have a pet? Southview Village is pet-friendly! No breed restrictions and no weight limits allow you and all your fur babies to call our community home! We have two floor plans with fenced backyards so there is plenty of outdoor space to play and roam. Southview Village also offers a dog park! The picnic table under our beautiful pergola is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your food and friends. Charcoal grills are located out at the pergola; no personal outside grills or smokers are allowed on property!

The homes at Southview Village are all electric. There is no gas on the property so setting up utility services is easy...just one quick call or online request to City of Lubbock Utilities to set up water, sewer, stormwater, wastewater and trash + you can choose a provider for electricity!
